Modification / Enforcement
John C. Pavlas can help you find a solution that will protect you and your family's rights.
Modification / Enforcement

Modification - Sometimes after an Order is entered, there are changes in the lives of one or more of the parties which require the original order to be changed.

With the passage of time, you find that the original order doesn’t cover or deal with certain circumstances which can create conflict in the lives of the parties.

John C. Pavlas can advise you if a modification or clarification of some of the terms in your Final Decree of Divorce or other Order might be beneficial to you.

Enforcement - After the Court has signed an order in a family law case, sometimes situations arise where one of the parties fails to follow the order.

He can help you understand what your options are for defense if you have been served with an enforcement or what your options are if the other party has failed to follow the order.

Relocation - If the parent who has primary physical custody moves outside the county in which the original order was issued and the need to amend or enforce the original order arises, he can transfer the original order to the county in which the custodial parent resides and file the request for modification or enforcement.
