Mr. Pavlas graduated from Texas A&M in 1969 with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and received his professional doctorate degree, Doctor of Jurisprudence, from South Texas College of Law in 1972. He has worked at Boswell, O'Toole, Davis and Pickering before forming the partnership Pavlas & Brown, LLP in 1995 and, as of July 1, 2019, began solo practice as John C. Pavlas, Attorney at Law.
